Please read the following terms carefully because your purchases on this Audi Shop website and mobile application (Audi Shop) are governed by the terms of sale. The terms set out the rights and obligations in relation to your purchases. By purchasing, paying, spending, and performing a related act on Audi Shop, you are deemed aware of and agree to all the stipulations in these terms and conditions of sale (Terms of Service). Please ensure you fully understand the content of these Terms of Service before placing an order. If you do not agree, please do not use this website and mobile application.
1. Territory of the sale and delivery services of Audi Shop
Audi Shop offers sale and delivery services within Taiwan only and does not deliver to an address outside Taiwan.
2. Audi Shop terms of agreement
2.1 By using Audi Shop, you are deemed to have read, and understand, agree to, and accept, all the content of these Terms of Service. Audi Shop may suspend or terminate without notice your use of the services on this site and further reserves the right to cancel your order, should you violate these Terms of Service
2.2 Audi Shop may amend or revise, suspend, or terminate these Terms of Service without notice at any time. Audi Shop will post the content of any change to these Terms of Service on this website or mobile application once the change is made. You shall view, review, and pay attention to any amendment or revision to the terms. The Terms of Service as amended by Audi Shop will immediately take effect and supersede the previous Terms of Service, once posted on this website. By continuing to use these services after an amendment or revision of these Terms of Service, you are deemed to agree to and accept the terms as amended or revised.
2.3 If under the age of 20, you shall comply with the above provisions, and your statutory agent or guardian shall also have read and understand and agree to these Terms of Service, before you may use the services on this site. If you use the services on this site, your statutory agent or guardian is deemed to have read and to understand and agree to all the content of these Terms of Service as amended or revised. If you use the services on this site on behalf of a company, juristic person, non-juristic person organization, you must be legally authorized and accept these Terms of Service on behalf of said company, person, or organization. Audi Shop shall not be responsible for any disputes arising out of an authorized use of Audi Shop.
2.4 Personal data obtained by Audi Shop will be used for member management and the management of retrievals and inquiries etc. and also furnished to Volkswagen Group Taiwan Co. Ltd., authorized distributors, and other necessary associated manufacturers for rendering after-sale service in connection with online shopping and handling businesses (such as cash flow service, product delivery, customer service inquiries etc.) that are necessary for the transactions, regardless of time and territory.
2.5 You agree that products you purchase on Audi Shop are for your personal use or serve as gifts only. You may not engage in any commercial act of reselling such products for profit-seeking purposes.
2.6 Please stop using the services of Audi Shop immediately if you do not agree to these Terms of Service.
3. User obligations
3.1 In using Audi Shop, you shall covenant not to use Audi Shop for any illegal purposes or by any illegal means and to comply with applicable laws and regulations of the R.O.C., all international conventions on Internet use, and all applicable laws and ordinances. You warrant you may not use this site to commit acts that infringe upon others' rights and interests or are in violation of law, and shall comply with the following, including, without limitation:
3.1.1 not use Audi Shop under another person's name
3.1.2 not automatically apply for or collect files massively from this site through any program or by other means, to be used as advertisements or for sending advertising data
3.1.3 not interrupt the normal operation of this service system, or transmit or distribute computer viruses, through any program or other means
3.1.4 other conduct deemed by Audi Shop with good cause to be inappropriate
3.2 You agree to the following registration obligations in order to be able to use the services on this site:
3.2.1 You shall provide your real, correct, current, and complete data (Registration Particulars).
3.2.2 You shall update the Registration Particulars at any time to ensure they are real, correct, current, and complete.
3.2.3 You are obligated to keep property the email account and password you create by yourself as retained in the system of this company, without disclosing or providing, or loaning or assigning, said account and password to a third person. All acts performed in this service system after login using such account and password are deemed your own acts, for which you shall be responsible.
3.2.4 Should you furnish any wrong, untrue, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, data, this service will have reasons to suspect the above data is wrong, untrue, outdated, incomplete, or misleading, and this site has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse to allow you to use these services in whole or in part at present or in future.
3.2.5 Please notify Audi Shop immediately if you discover any unauthorized use of your email account and password. Audi Shop will immediately suspend both the processing of transactions arising out, and future use, of such account upon being informed of the aforementioned unauthorized use.
3.3 Audi Shop will not be responsible for any loss in connection with your failure to comply with the obligations under Article 3 and you shall be liable for any losses incurred by Audi Shop arising out such failure.
4. Usability of services and product delivery
4.1 Audi Shop offers sale and delivery services within Taiwan only and does not deliver to an address outside Taiwan. You may not export products purchased.
4.2 You are required to sign upon delivery of a product you purchase on Audi Shop. Please consider having the product delivered to a person whom you trust and who can sign for you in acceptance of your product if are unable to so sign at the delivery address.
4.3 If a product purchased by you on Audi Shop twice fails to be delivered, and you fail to be reached for three days, Audi Shop will cancel the order with full refund [the refund service fee of TWD [] and relevant freight shall be solely borne by you].
5. Product order, payment, and supporting documents
5.1 You understand and agree that notwithstanding its best efforts to maintain the correctness of relevant data, Audi Shop does not warrant, whether in an express or implied manner, that all data appearing on the webpage or in relevant messages are complete, correct, and real-time data. Audi Shop reserves the right to accept or reject any order placed by you with it.
[If you provide an email address in your order, Audi Shop will send a "notice of purchase" to you at such address after the order is placed. The notice is merely to advise you of the receipt of your purchase message by the Audi Shop system and does not represent the formation of a transaction contract. 5.2 The maximum quantity of products ordered as offered for sale by Audi Shop is governed by messages on the relevant webpage in the course of product order.
5.3 If the price indicated on the product webpage or in the relevant message is erroneous:
5.3.1 If the price shown in higher than the correct price, Audi Shop will only charge the lower correct price from you.
5.3.2 If the price shown is lower than the correct price, Audi Shop reserves the right to reject the order.
5.4 Audi Shop may reject your order if the specifications, pictures, description, price, or relevant conditions of transaction of a product or service are erroneous.
5.5 If Audi Shop confirms the conditions of transaction are all correct, there is stock available of the product you order, and no other circumstance exists where it cannot accept the order, Audi Shop will request the corresponding supplier to deliver, without further notice.
5.6 Audi Shop reserves the right to alter product prices and relevant programs at an time.
5.7 Audi Shop's terms of payment are as below:
5.7.1 For your shopping on Audi Shop, you must pay through the third-party payment service platform ECPay of Green World FinTech Service Co., Ltd. or by credit card, Web ATM, LINE PAY or APPLE PAY. The system will automatically send you a "notice of payment success" upon confirmation of such success.
5.7.2 Credit card
5.7.2.1 Audi Shop accept only Visa/Master/JCB credit cards issued by banks in the territory of Taiwan.
5.7.2.2 Your receipt of a "notice of payment success" means Audi Shop has successfully claimed payment. If refund is necessary, a customer service officer will, after the product is returned to the warehouse, contact you in regard to the successful refund application and will give you a refund within around seven working days of notification, if the product is confirmed by inspection to be intact in its original condition. Audi Shop may reject your request for return and refund if the product cannot be kept intact.
5.7.3 Web ATM
5.7.3.1 Audi Shop accepts only the Web ATM of financial institutions such as banks as a valid method of payment.
5.7.3.2 Your receipt of a "notice of payment success" means Audi Shop has successfully claimed payment. If refund is necessary, a customer service officer will, after the product is returned to the warehouse, contact you in regard to the successful refund application and will give you a refund within around seven working days of notification, if the product is confirmed by inspection to be intact in its original condition. Audi Shop may reject your request for return and refund if the product cannot be kept intact.
5.7.4 LINE Pay
After you place your order, for mobile phone user, you will be directed to the payment page of LINE Pay, and for computer user, you will have to log into your LINE account and scan the QR code for payment.
5.7.5 Apple Pay
After you place your order, you will have to verify with your Face ID, Touch ID or your password on your Apple device, and thereafter Apple Pay will provide the payment information to the payment service provider.
5.8 Audi Shop。The computer system of Audi Shop automatically records electronic data pertaining to all matters of transactions conducted on Audi Shop. You must notify Audi Shop immediately of any incorrect transaction data discovered.
5.9 For a transaction conducted on Audi Shop, a uniform invoice issued upon the completion of payment and delivery will be sent after the seven-day cooling-off period
5.10 Regulations on the use of Audi Shop shopping coupon codes/promo codes
5.10.1 Use of shopping coupon codes on Audi Shop is subject to the restriction that the check-out amount not be zero dollar. When a shopping coupon code is used upon check-out, the total check-out amount must exceed the code amount, or the check-out cannot be completed. (For instance, if a NT$2,500 shopping coupon is to be used, the check-out amount must exceed NT$2,501 so that the check-out can be completed.)
5.10.2 No assistance may be offered with the alteration of order information or product exchange if an order is fulfilled. If order cancellation or return of an accessory redeemed with a shopping coupon code is contemplated, only the actual amount paid will be returned, and no new shopping coupon code will be granted.
5.10.3 If you participate in an Audi Shop event, shopping coupon codes/promo codes may be used only for purchasing event merchandise and may not be used for non-event merchandise in the shopping cart upon check-out.
6. Return policy
6.1 If you are not satisfied with a product purchased, you may apply for return or refund on [Audi Shop]. Your right to return to refund may be subject to restrictions.
6.2 If a product satisfies the conditions for return within the seven-day cooling-off period, please apply for return within seven days of the receipt of the product.
6.3 Any product that you return must be kept in the original condition (the product itself, invoice, any giveaway, fitting, original packaging, warranty, and all enclosures or data being intact as at the time of delivery) without having been used, or Audi Shop may reject your return and refund request.
6.4 Your right to return may be compromised if:
6.4.1 you have damaged the packaging of, unsealed, or removed any tag, adhesive, or label of the product without affecting your product inspection
6.4.2 the product is damaged, lost, or altered due to other factors beyond the necessary scope for inspection or attributable to yourself
6.5 We refund by your original payment method when the product you return conforms to the conditions for return, but please note that we can refund only to a Taiwan bank account, whose name must be consistent with the name/information of the payer.
7. DOA (dead-on-arrival) return policy
7.1 A product purchased from Audi Shop is likely to be a DOA product if it is found upon initial use after opening to be damaged or broken down by non-manmade factors, as a result of which its basic operation is prevented. If you believe a product may be a DOA product, please apply to Audi Shop for replacement or repair within seven days. Audi Shop will assist you with identification and, upon identifying the product as a DOA product, offer the following options to you:
7.1.1 Replacement: assist with replacement if the product is confirmed a DOA product upon being tested.
7.1.2 Repairs: if you agree to opt for repairs when the product is confirmed a DOA product upon being tested; please note if repairs are made at your option, you may not claim replacement on grounds of DOA.
7.2 If a product is confirmed a DOA product upon being tested by Audi Shop, Audi Shop will bear the freight for collecting the DOA product and for delivering a new or repaired product to the original delivery address.
8. Site representations
8.1 You understand and agree this site may retain or disclose to government authorities, the judicial police, or guardians of minors your shopping records or site contents for the following purposes to the extent reasonably necessary:
8.1.1 complying with laws and regulations or requirements of government authorities
8.1.2 as required for the provision of these services
8.1.3 as required for preventing material harm to others' rights and interests
8.1.4 protecting users and the public from imminent danger to their lives, bodies, freedom, rights, and properties
8.1.5 other circumstances deemed necessary by this site
8.2 You understand that the services on this site are offered on an "as is" basis without warranty against defects, and with no incidental warranty made in any form unless otherwise expressly required by laws and regulations. If any suspension, termination, discontinuation, or breakdown etc. of the services of this site causes users or a third person inconvenience in use, loss of or errors in data, or other damage, neither this site nor Volkswagen Group Taiwan Co. Ltd. and its authorized distributors are responsible legally or for indemnification; please notify Audi Shop immediately if you discover any error or negligence in regard to this system.
8.3 You understand that this site is not responsible for warranty in regard to software or data downloaded through your use of these services or through other websites linked to from this site. You shall consider carefully and determine the legality and correctness of such software or data before downloading, to avoid damage. This site does not indemnify you against any such damage.
8.4 Your use of Audi Shop is governed by the privacy policy of Volkswagen Group Taiwan Co. Ltd., the terms of which policy are incorporated in these Terms of Service by reference. Please click in here to review such policy. In addition, by using this website, you confirm and agree that Internet transmission is not entirely safe and private. You understand that others may read or intercept messages or information you send to this website, notwithstanding any special notice of encryption of specific transmission (such as credit card information).
9. Others
9.1 Audi Shop is not responsible for printing errors.
9.2 Audi Shop reserves the right to modify at any time the terms and conditions governing Audi Shop sales activities.
9.3 Disputes arising out of all acts of sale on Audi Shop are governed by the laws of the R.O.C. and shall be submitted to Taiwan Taipei District Court as the first instance.
9.4 No Audi Shop employee or agent has the right to revise Audi Shop policies or sale related terms and conditions.
9.5 Audi Shop will verify the correct price before delivery. Any product ordered for a wrong price mistakenly posted by Audi Shop may be canceled by Audi Shop.
9.6 Audi Shop as the right to send electronic invoices to clients digitally, with no acknowledgement of such invoices required from clients. Audi Shop may further process certificates of electronic sales allowances in its system according to allowance forms, with no acknowledgment required from clients.
